Please note: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal notice must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods. Under EU and Estonian consumer rules, goods must then be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying the seller of the withdrawal.

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed or unless the seller is required to bear those costs under the applicable circumstances.

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery. This exception is interpreted narrowly under EU law.
