HOW TO USE
Add 3–5 drops to the sauna water, stir, then ladle the water onto the sauna stones. Do not apply undiluted to the skin. Do not drip directly onto hot sauna stones. Do not swallow. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking.
